- 1 chicken
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp per – peri powder
- Lemon juice
Method
Marinate the chicken
Place chicken in a pyrex and steam with butter
Ingredients for Sauce
- 1 tblspn butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tblspn nandos Mediterranean sauce
- 2 tblspn nandos garlic sauce
- 2 tblspn nandos peri- peri sauce
- 2 tblspn nandos chakalaka sauce
- 3 tblspn mayonnaise
