• 1 kg chicken fillet cut into blocks
  • 2 tblspn butter
  • 1 tblspn green masala
  • 1 tspn white pepper
  • 1 tspn chicken spice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced mixed peppers
  • 1/2 punnet baby corn

Method

Add chicken into a pot with butter
Add green masala, pepper, chicken spice and salt to the chicken and cook 3/4 way
Then add mushrooms, peppers and corn

Ingredients White sauce

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 glass fresh cream (optional)
  • 1 glass sour cream

Method

In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and dash pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add sour cream and fresh cream, cook and stir for additional 2 minutes more.
